      • Key Responsibilities : Excellent technical skills, especially PC support Understanding of Hardware and MS software Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating system Candidate should able to manage the issues on below topics: Software Installation/configuration and troubleshooting Optimization to increase the overall performance of End user machine VPN Client / Wi-Fi Configuration and troubleshooting Experienced working and troubleshooting of Virus infected machines
      • Technical Experience : Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Essential Knowledge and Skills Microsoft Windows 7 Win 10 candidate should be very strong in this area Deep experience on VPN, Wireless MS-Outlook Level 2 administration experience Strong understanding of ITIL and Quality Processes
      • Professional Attributes : Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience on Desktop/Laptop support
