  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a Responsible for service administration and account maintenance b Manage customer Office365 environment at L3 level c Address service availability issues within the customers organizational span of control d Manage services using supplier and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices Operate and provide the day-to-day support e Project participation in global/local projects as required f Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions
      • Technical Experience : Knowledge on Exchange online, Teams, Power platforms, Dynamic360, AIP, DLP and ATP Strong knowledge in task sequence creation and customization Good understanding of networking concepts Good knowledge in VB scripting or PowerShell scripting Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz SCCM, Intune, MDT, Altiris etc
      • Professional Attributes : Candidate should have very good communication skill and experience on handling multinational customer Good analysis and troubleshooting skill Good learning and team mentoring attitude
