In this role, your goals will be:In three months:
  • Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof
  • Map and build strong relationship across markets.
In six months:
  • Be able to create, own & lead insights & best practices on the client.
  • You will be able to forecast expected revenue against budget
  • Coordinate communication with the ad operations team before, during and after campaign, co-work with product team, analytics team, data team and marketing team across Neo, India and globally.
In 12 months:
  • Emerged as a coveted champion on the clients involved.
  • Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts.
  • Become the go to person for Global clients
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client leads for the key markets for our global customers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track key account metrics and develop case studies to assist in retaining and growing business (e.g. performance improvement)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • He/She will own the process and project plan to ensure alignment within the internal cross functional teams
  • Maintain comprehensive project, task and meeting documentation
  • Prepare workflow, schedules and step-by-step action plans with client counterparts
  • Owning communication platforms (SharePoint + Jira) for the project and ensuring adherence by the functional teams
Work with function team leads to
  • build contingency plans for projects with regard to timelines and resources
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by periodically review existing best practices and update them when needed
What you ll bring:
  • Strong ability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible with ability to multi-task, consistently meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital media process. Proven work experience with 2 or more digital disciplines (e.g. paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, digital display, ad operations)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude ( should be able to suggest solutions instead of focusing on bottlenecks)
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Minimum qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital and relevant performance marketing experience of 2-3 years.
