Job Description

    DescriptionDescriptionThe key responsibilities for this role are: Coordinating with all the key customers and partners architects & agencies to ensure projects are completed time, meeting the quality standards expected. Ensuring design is carried out within the approved guideline framework. POS preservation and ensure end-to-end readiness for store launches. Mono Brand POS health checks on a semi-annual basis along with Golden Door Scorecard quarterly dashboard. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Store Build Target Vs Achievement; Audit approvals Quality of Store Build; Cost management; Store Build TAT vs SLA; Plan Vs Actual performance of stores. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Partners, business teams, National Distributors, Vendors, Project Management Agencies, SP&O Team, Apple Sales Heads and Regional teams Apple Channel programs team., Key QualificationsKey Qualifications
    • 7+ years in an advanced management role (Sales or Program management experience is advantageous)
    • Outstanding leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
    • Strong vendor management experience
    • Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of a highly matrixed organization
    • Focus on problem solving and has the ability to identify and implement scalable solutions
    • Sharp eye for details with a hands-on and continuous improvement attitude to identify inefficiencies and design improvement processes
    • KEY COMPETENCIES
    • Project Management: Experience of running channel /partner Program roll-outs is advantageous. Experience in rolling-out Point of Sales for leading brands will be preferred.
    • We are looking for dedicated individuals who understand the role and are capable of developing an independent roadmap.
    • Result orientation: This role is a result focused role and you should be someone who can initiate projects and see them through to a successful conclusion within existing time and budgetary constraints.
    • Creativity: The need for flexibility and creativity in proposing new and different solutions to existing problems.
    • Analytical mentality: Role requires very strong analytical abilities to understand patterns and propose solutions to meet the end objectives.
    • You should possess strong business insight.
    • Influencing and Negotiation skills: Ability to handle end-to-end relationships within Apple and with vendors.
    • You will be flexible, have great social skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
    • Customer Management Working with several teams within IMMEA, Sales teams, Partners, Marcom, Sales Finance, would require the individual to be a true collaborator while keeping the best interests of Apple in mind.
