Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Motion designers are responsible for partnering with the brand and marketing teams to create and ideate compelling motion design assets, digital videos and TVCs
  • Find new ways for motion design to elevate digital acquisition marketing experiences, and develop toolkits that could elevate the UrbanClap visual brand into new territory
  • Act a project lead or co- lead when initiatives call for motion design expertise and stewardship.
Job Requirements
  • 5 years in motion design, and/or motion graphics (studio, agency or freelance).
  • Strong expertise in motion design and animation platforms (After Effects, Cinema 4D.).
  • Knowledge of Visual FX requirements and capability around advising in an on- set, physical production capacity a plus.
  • Working knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Avid)
  • Strong bias for action, excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • An Owner s Mindset: Innate curiosity to learn about how creative work impacts the growth of the business and drive to continuously refine work until it s world class; in terms of aesthetics creative performance
  • Demonstrable skills with a strong portfolio
  • Understanding of product development and/or product design a big advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a multitude of concurrent tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to think solutions first: Always thinking about multiple iterations variations for testing which asset works better for users
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • A highly collaborative working style
  • Willingness to learn and unlearn on a weekly basis
