Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A-Provision Microsoft SQL or MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurationsB-Ensure performance, security, and availability of databasesC-Prepare documentations and specificationsD-Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migrationE-Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessaryF-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
      • Technical Experience : A-Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL or MySQL database managementB-Decent experience with recent versions of Microsoft SQL or MySQLC-Understanding of Microsoft SQL or MySQL underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAMD-Experience with replication configuration in Microsoft SQL or MySQLE-Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in Microsoft SQL or MySQLF-Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statementsG-Knowledge of Microsoft SQL or MySQL features
      • Professional Attributes : A-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B-Ability to operate independently and make decisionC-Flexible to work in 24x7 shiftD-Take part in weekend or holiday on call support
