Job Description

    *What will your essential responsibilities include
    • Preparing and maintaining claim s data using designed parameters to reconcile claims.
    • Works with several US websites to create RECAPS, OSHA & SAFER Reports and tools to scrub data into the spreadsheet for report generation.
    • Professional handling of business-related calls and onshore inquiries.
    • Maintaining claims and loss services database to support all general liability products.
    • Efficiently and effectively maintaining cordial relationships & communication with onshore.

    • We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
    • Qualifications: Any graduate/post graduate. Management/Engineering/Statistics/Geography can be fields of added advantage.Skills: MS Office suite proficiency is highly recommended along with good collaboration & communication skills.Experience: 0-1 years ; whatever fits well with our given salary brackets
    • Leverage technology: Must possess a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional outcomes will be delivered using the instruments.
    • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and collaborative English communication and cooperation skills to provide effective and efficient global communication.
    • Collaboration: Should be able to work well with the team and should have the qualities of a team player.
    • Analytical Thinking: Identify potential problems and come up with innovative fixes to enable the production of precise, quicker results.
    • Exposure to the Insurance or Loss Prevention Industry: It would be preferable if you had experience with or knowledge of insurance.
