      • Key Responsibilities : To work across value chain of Power industry - Power generation, T and D, Retail To harness extensive domain knowledge to build various BPM assets tools for clients usability To provide the team with the necessary ideas and thoughts to bring in innovation and help position BPM for high performance
      • Technical Experience : Subject matter familiarity in the utilities market, with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the core business processes Process expertise: Transmission and distribution, Energy Retail, Power generation both Conventional and Non-conventional A demonstrable ability to develop and work with various Business Process areas within utilities
      • Professional Attributes : Flawless, articulate and succinct communication skills in English: Excellent presentation and writing skills Accepts personal accountability, takes ownership and perseveres embrace feedback Understand how an organization operates risks and opportunities and the drivers of a company performance
      • Educational Qualification : Must have B-tech in any field with MBA power or energy management with 2 yrs of experience
