    • Manage a portfolio of medium-size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying
    • opportunities for customer success, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
    • Cold-call clients within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment.
    • Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must
    • adaptively diagnose, resolve, and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and
    • best practices provided.
    • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to develop and optimize advertisers campaigns.
    • Collaborate within the sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure
    • accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
    • Identify key client stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, to support Customer Business Objectives
    • and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective
    • questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
    • Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
    • Manage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
