Experience

  • 2 years & + experience in B2B outbound phone sales
  • Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and phone) with the ability to learn applications related to customer service
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Exposure to Google Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape; Rich experience in digital marketing concepts and trends (Preferred)
  • Possesses Google AdWords Certifications; in-depth knowledge of Google AdWords Platform and products (Preferred)
  • Experience in managing AdWords campaigns in thepast; handled ROI based campaigns (Preferred)
KRAs
  • Experience in B2B outbound phone sales
  • Identifying business opportunities by working with prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Recommends best suited solutions pertaining to profit and service improvements based on customer needs.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Shall use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Sales Leads Google Ads budget is being spent in an efficient manner.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
