• Own the solution design and translate the customer requirements into technical tracks
• Extensive technical knowledge of at least two technology domains plus one mile wide and one inch deep knowledge of other technical, operational and SP architecture domains following a T shape model.
• Participate in services presales activities, Statement of Work scoping, review and creation, and position value of Cisco as part of a comprehensive outcome-based solution.
• Conceptualize (Customer Requirements Document), plan (Implementation Strategy Plan), design (High Level Design).
• Trusted Advisor, understand customer market and industry, identifies product and services growth opportunities in the customer. Identifies risks and proposes mitigation plans.
• Creatively advocate current and emerging technologies solutions relevant to the customer success.
• Build & maintain key CX and customer stakeholders relationships facilitating best-in-class customer experience.
• Individual contributor, active community participant, mentor others and maintain successor plan for large complex project delivery and/or activities.
• Exhibit good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with customer business leaders while maintaining relationships with technology teams. understanding the customer business model, motivations, influences and how they generate revenue or fund the business.
• Technical leadership in multi-disciplinary project or program teams, as per complexity.
• Receive minimal instructions on routine work, general instructions on new projects or assignments.
• Provide guidance and training to new engineers and architects within their team
• Experience on product lines like ASR9K/ASR1K, ASR 7200, Catalyst 6500/ Catalyst 4500/ Catalyst 3850. Engineer must be very experienced in using the latest ASR9K line cards and must have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.
• Proven experience in Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE.
• Nexus 7K/ Nexus 5K/ Nexus 2K product lines will be plus.
• Essential Skills on Carrier Ethernet/Metro Ethernet Design/Integration/Implementation with hands-on experience on Cisco (ASR9K, ASR 901/902/920).
• Good Implementation /Support in Layer 2 of Metro-Ethernet services on a hybrid network comprising of Cisco ASR9K.
• Working knowledge and experience BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IP/MPLS, QoS, MPLS Traffic Engineering, IPv6, Multicast can be an added advantage.
• Experience on migration windows and network migration projects, On-site or Remote migration support; High-level methodologies, MOP generation & As-Built documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
• Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication-cultural sensitivity, goal alignment, learning agility, and virtual / remote training.

Qualification and Certification Requirements:

• Requires BS/BE/BTech or equivalent or higher degree.
• 8+ years of related SP experience.
• Technology expert with extensive technical, market and business expertise.
• CCIE technical certification preferred, or 2 of CCNP, DevNet Pro, CX Technology Blue Belt or similar technical certification or equivalent skills.
• Proven record of technical leadership experience in complex programs or projects.
• Good knowledge around topics of Service Provider.

Profile 2 :Network Engineer Day2: Routing & Switching (Service Provider)Location : GurgaonJob Responsibilities:

• The candidate is expected to do Plan, Design, Implement projects for service providers.
• Basis good understanding of the SP technologies and services the candidate should have ability to translate the requirements to technical details.
• To determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Exhibit good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Will be customer interfacing and able to work independently and follow remote instructions in both verbal and written communications
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with the customer as well as work collaboratively with technical professionals Track work youre doing against the engagement schedule and support the PM track financial, resource and material requirements for the engagements
• Ensure smooth closure of engagements using relationship with the customer to guide them to the next step i.e. Sampler service to Assessment Service, Assessment Service to Optimization Service

Experience Requirement:

• Experience on product lines like ASR9K, ASR1K,7600, Catalyst 6500/4500/ 3850. Engineer must be very experienced in using the latest ASR9K line cards and must have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.
• Proven experience in Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE
• ACI, Nexus 7K/5K/2K product lines will be plus.

• Fully audit & own configuration translations services & ensure service readiness for migrations.
• Provide recommendations, risk assessment, recommendations and overall help the customer obtaining the best design for their technical requirements. During this stage you will deliver documents such as Customer Requirements Documents (CRDs), High and Low-level designs (HLD, LLD), Integration and acceptance test plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
• Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication-cultural sensitivity, goal alignment, learning agility, and virtual/remote training.
• Handing over the solution to the customer, so the customer can take ownership. You will produce and deliver Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to customers that will facilitate the customer to take ownership of the newly deployed solution

Qualification and Certification Requirements:

• Requires BS/BE/BTech or equivalent degree.
• 8+ years Service provider industry experience.
• CCNP R&S/SP desired, CCIE Preferred.
