Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues7. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis8. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team9. Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.10. Lead/support renewal negotiations with key accounts, OEMs, end users and our channel partners.10. Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situationfor the current business year.11. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivateshigh performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greateroperational efficiency12. Monitoring and achieving targets with respect to key business indicators like Sales Volume, SalesPrice Level, and BOI.,
