Greetings!!We have an opening for Service Coordinator in a UK Based MNC@ GurgaonKindly Find below Company Profile and Job Details FYI.About Company: It is a UK Based MNC which produces a range of rotary UPS and static UPS technologies, encompassing kinetic energy storage systems or batteries, ground power units and 50/60Hz frequency converters.Designation: Service CoordinatorLocation: GurgaonExperience: Minimum 5 Years in Import & ExportQualifications: Any GraduateJob Responsibilities:1Service Coordinator /Office AdministrationSmall spare parts purchasing and looking for vendors Office document filing and updating OHA contact information Service reports printing Updating Engineer Weekly report Creating Service Report numbers Flight ticket booking Airport pick up service arrangement Hotel and car rental Visa applications 2 Shipping Packing small parts Prepare shipping invoices Contact for forwarder Parts ordering and importing Spare part orders to head office or vendor confirming schedule with vendor Customer / Vendor Customer contact information Quotation and invoicing Vendor contact information (Load bank, batteries, fuse, etc.) General Conditions, Maintain and follow up with vendor, customer Documentation Maintenance works / Commissioning Customer jobsite safety regulation/ Customer jobsite entrance cards Keep track and updating working schedule Customer inquiry and response and reporting to manager Job assignment notice to engineers Follow up on On-going contract and jobs RMA return spare part notification This person can be male or female; - With at least 5 years of office administration experience or in similar capacity in services company - Knowledge with Tally accounting software is a plus - Technical knowledge would be an advantage too but not a must - Meticulous, mature, with good working attitude and team player - Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast moving environment and cope with pressure - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Good command of written and spoken English - A good communicator with problem solving and decision making abilities, integrity, flexibility and accuracy.Interested.
