Job Description

    Short DescriptionThe operation and maintenance manager position will manage end-to-end operations, service, and maintenance requirement of the assigned area, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Provides the high level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude to meet SLAs, defining & delivering on requirements, monitoring sites operations and working to solve breakdowns & managing service request, and parts & inventoryKey ResponsibilitiesOwning end to end operations, service & maintenance requirements for the assigned area or number of EV stations
    • Creating monitoring matrix of all the sites. Regularly monitoring charger management system to track all faults, errors, breakdowns of the sites
    • Ensuring perfect operations of all sites keeping high uptime and seamless operations
    • Ensure Servicing, attending breakdowns, commissioning and testing is completed within specified quality levels and time limits.
    • Regular field visits and inspection of the sites to solve sites issues.
    • Display extensive working knowledge of the EV chargers and company s service offerings
    • Exercise ownership of not just individual sites, but the overall portfolio of projects within your region
    • Work on developing escalation matrix with the business team.
    • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures vendors adheres to all regulations
    • Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and business requirement targets
    • Manage parts, inventory , and service business in the assigned area or the customer base
    Internal and external stakeholder management
    • Act as key contact for the vendors and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
    • Coordinate between internal teams and external agencies to deliver on the responsibilities
    • Regularly audit if vendors services are meeting all standards and maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
    Site validation & Testing
    • Support the rollout team in installation and commissioning of the chargers
    • To analyse designs/ drawings and foresee the flaws and difficulties that may arise during erection & commissioning
    Communication
    • Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
    • Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
    • Daily reporting of the assigned area to the business team
    Market reading
    • Responsible for documentation and governance of the CI operations tracker, maintenance & service activities
    • Monitor and define breakdown patterns and prepare reports
    Skills Information
    • Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
    • Techno economic skills to evaluate the suppliers/ partners
    • Be knowledgeable of regulations, standards, and products
    • Previous experience in service projects
    • Ability to identify the critical path issues and institute remedies that shorten that critical path.
    EducationB.TECHB.ERelevant Experience
    • >5 yrs
    • >2 yrs exp. On EV infra (Good to have)
    • Experience with EV charging service provider companies
    • Comprehensive Industry Knowledge
