Job Description of Assistant Manager - Operations MICEInterfacing with corporate clients for ascertaining requirements, making a travel destination presentation and delivering need-based economical and innovative service plans.Interact with overseas tourism board/DMC/Hotels and work towards new business development initiative.Building and maintaining a healthy business relationship with corporate clients (existing & potential clients), ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction by achieving timely delivery & service quality norms.Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.Communicating clients objectives and unique requirements to implementation, Operations, Finance and other teams on an ongoing and regular basis.Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the business activities.
