Job Description

Key Responsibilities

    Responsible for leading client acquisition and retention across all channels, including paid social, search, content, and email. Working closely with Marketing, content and Design teams, you will conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our brand strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience across paid platforms, tools, and ad technologies, processes in addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will bring creative thinking to all marketing campaign planning. To strive for operational excellence continuous improvement from key account manager perspective. To jointly work with Operations to maintain develop account together Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI Manage every stage of a marketing campaign, including conception, execution, tracking, and reportin Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, and content strategies to increase conversion Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels. These include paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving acquisition Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers; leverage those insights in marketing campaign Must be able to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and business leader

Desired Candidate

    An operations background who has experience at a senior level preferably on a national/regional scale. Planning and managing the restructuring of a given vertical division to improve profitability alignment with strategic objectives. Development maintenance of key clients will be integral to the role, thus pre-existing relationships would be highly beneficial. Excellent Communication, work Planning and Analytical skills and problem solving skills To conduct service review meeting regularly review/implement SOP as and when required. Prior experience in digital analytics (e.g. social media analytics, web analytics) is a plus Experienced at managing teams, and adept at multitasking Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point Minimum 3 -4 years Operations Manager
