Job Description

  • Role :Application Developer
  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A:On-call support and maintenance of production, development and testing environments of Flexcube Retail India Integrated Version B:Follow-up with users and support staff on open service requests and problem tickets including email and phone based support calls C: Coordinate with global support team for any issues that may require escalation to Flexcube Global Support D:Support End-of-Day EOD and Beginning-of-day BOD batch operations
      • Technical Experience : A: Atleast 3-4 years of Experience with a mid to large bank in providing Production Support for Flexcube Retail with excellent knowledge of Flexcube working and Liability module, Accounting entries, Payments and Channel B: Experience on PL SQL, Oracle Database and should have exposure on Flexcube report development C: Good experience in application configuration, requirement / GAP analysis, customization on Flexcube CBS
    • Professional Attributes : A.Resource should have good communication skill B.Resource should have good analytical skill
