We would like to add team players who roll up their sleeves, and are open to being challenged.Overview:We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our team and help us establish new relationships with channel partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in partner account management and a strong track record of successfully building and managing partnerships.Responsibilities:
    • Identify, prospect and onboard new partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
    • Build and manage relationships with partners, including regular communication and visits, and serve as a primary point of contact for partners.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive committed revenue growth and market share.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs that leverage partner capabilities.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with Builder.ais goals and objectives.
    • Track and report partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Ensure partner compliance with Builder.ais policies, procedures, and business requirements.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems to drive innovation and growth.
    • Leverage your existing relationships with partners and organizations in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
    • Work with the partnership enablement and partnership success teams to drive product consumption once a partner contract is closed.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
    Requirements:
    • 7+ years of partner account management experience, preferably in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with external organizations.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
    • Familiarity with partnership models and commercial / legal constructs used in GTM Partnerships.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
