Job Description

    Partner Experience Manager (PxM), for the SAP PartnerEdge Build Partner Track of SAP. The PxM is a core position in the Global Partner Activation organization within the Customer Success Group of SAP.Job descriptionPartner Activation is a global organisation focused on the proactive and reactive development of over 6,000 SAP partners globally (Channel, Service, and Software). We offer a range of enablement, support and account management services in SAPs Partner Ecosystem.We are developing our team in India to support our partners to continually grow and enable increased revenue growth. This is an exciting time for the PXM as the scope and responsibilities are evolving.This opportunity is a highly responsible Inside Relationship Management role where the candidate develops and maintains a 1:1 or 1:n professional relationship with a number of designated SAP Partners.The PXM will maintain focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to SAPs growth strategy. The PXM is also responsible for building a network of strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the SAP organisation, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with our partners. The PXM will increase partner satisfaction, enable partners productivity, and contribute to SAPs growth strategy by leveraging and promoting SAP Services. PXM coaches partners in understanding the full benefits of the partnership program & GTM Initiatives, empowers partners at a technical level on SAP products and solutions, helps streamline their companys operations, and assists achieving business targets.The role requires you to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the partner landscape, solution architecture, key regional business imperatives, SWOT analysis of each partners capabilities and proactively assist the partner queries.Professional background PreferredA minimum of 3, and up to 9 years of Partnership Management experience:Working & Cultural knowledge of Partner Relationship Management for Partners from EMEA or Americas.Fluency in English and German language is mandatory and any other European language an added advantage.Business Analyst in reputed IT Services Company.Client Account Manager in an Enterprise Software company with good GTM understandingAlliance Manager / Marketing Manager in Software BusinessPre-sales Specialist with Customer Demo Presentations experience.Education RequirementsBE/MCA/B Tech /Bachelors with European Language Specialization.MBA from a reputed institute with Specialization in Marketing/IT will be an advantageTechnical skillsFirst level exposure to Enterprise Software Solutions. SAP experience preferred.Ability to articulate key functionalities of solution set/modules where the candidate has strong exposure.Knowledge of ISV / Software Partner Business ModelsBusiness skillsHave good understanding of partnership management in IT space in SME space.Knowledge on sales/marketing & partner relationship processes will be important for quick ramp up in the team.Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of volume business processes on management & enablement side.Enthusiastic & pro-active, willing to take initiative and weave his/her way through complex organization structures.Experience with CRM systems in the service & support industry will be an advantage.Soft skills:Excellent interpersonal skills in managing networks with colleagues and partners from different countriesStrong project coordination and planning capabilities are essential to excel as PXM.Exhibit confidence in leading discussions on business and technology topics.Practices attentive and active listening.
