Job Description

    What will your job attributes include Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including Domain Knowledge, Payroll Processing/preparation, Audit & internal control, Maker Checker, and Taxation.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system.Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10hidden_mobile0 employees | Full & Final Settlement | Perform Maker Checker | Taxation Validation | TDS Return Preparation and submission | Compliances Validation e.g. PF | ESIC | Professional Tax and Labor Welfare fund within an agreed SLAs.Ensuring timelines are met for salary processing/disbursement and statutory compliances.Record keeping for TDS Challans | Acknowledgements | Proofs (if any) Collaborate with Internal stakeholders or ability to manage internal stakeholders. Escalation Management: Handling critical escalations & expedites with instantaneous response.Communicating & coordinating with entities, addressing the challenges and driving them to meet or exceed clients expectations.Provide on-time resolution to all customer escalations with their approval.Managing regional escalations with the regional teams to ensure smooth service operations.Preparing a quarterly payroll and FnF calendar and sharing with clients by ensuring timely deliveries.People Management: Preparing a monthly dashboard capturing all the updates and Issues for the month.Implementation of strategies and processes to ensure employee satisfaction.Handled a team of 7-8 team members.
