Job Description

    1.Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including Domain Knowledge, Payroll Processing/preparation, Audit & internal control, Maker Checker, and Taxation.2.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.3.Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system.4. Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10hidden_mobile0 employees | Full & Final Settlement | Perform Maker Checker | Taxation Validation | TDS Return Preparation and submission | Compliances Validation e.g. PF | ESIC | Professional Tax and Labor Welfare fund within an agreed SLAs.5. B.com / MBA Graduate Preferred6.Minimum 9-12 Years of Experience in India Payroll Processing7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.9.Good in Presentations / communications / clear communication skills10.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Specially Excel / PPT) Proficient with payroll Applications (HRMS / Any Other Payroll Application) Technical Mindset. Good in 08-10 employees Team Handling / Multiple Customer Handling11. Preferred locations would be Delhi NCR
