Job Description

    Job Title: Performance Marketing ExecutiveJob Location: Gurgaon, Sector 30Date of joining: Immediate Joiner Required Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)Salary: upto 50 KAs the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be in charge of the overall performance of the organisation. Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.Roles and Responsibilities
    • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy.
    • Create and manage Facebook, Instagram & Snapchat Ads.
    • Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns to achieve SALE and ROAS targets.
    • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets.
    • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
    Skills Required
    • Minimum 2 years experience running Ecommerce Purchase Conversion Ads
    • Preferred persons with experience workingwithD2C brands in cosmetic/health/hygiene industry.
    • Must have hands on experience with running high budget monthly Ad Spending.
    • Must have a basic understanding of Shopify as we our based on Shopify.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
    • Graduation from reputed institute or college.
    • Hands-on expertise of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics etc.
    • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.
    • Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically.
    • Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
