Mission Statement for the RoleTo build a thriving global community for kids to shape a generation of confident speakers and creative writersEligibility Criteria:- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series A startup- A stellar co-curricular record- Based out of Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areas- Excellent written and spoken communication skillsRoles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:- The Community Management Associate would be the custodian of all community engagement activities for kids across 13 countries to help build the next generation of confident speakers and creative writers. Outcomes Expected1. Online Event Organization- Conceptualize and ideate engagement events for students such as online debates, story-telling, stand up comedy etc- Create the monthly activity calendar- Drive participation from maximum students2. Drive Online Student Clubs- Conceptualize and create student clubs such as debating club- Work with club-leads to formulate the agenda- Drive student participation in the clubs3. Conduct online workshops and webinars- Ideate online webinars and workshops for students- Find guest teachers for the workshops- Drive participation and engagement in the workshops4. Team Mentorship - Mentor a team of associates What are we looking for - A stellar extra-curricular record in graduation- Experience in debating, theatre, creative writing - Positions or responsibilities in fest organization - Exceptional written and spoken communication skills- Highly creative bent of mind- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindsetWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive the student community for a fast-growing Series A funded early-stage startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Community Management and shape it independently like a Founder,
