Requirements Engineer is responsible for the complete specification phase of a feature. This includes the planning for the requirements specification document authoring, review and the approval process. As a result the input for the feature development is completely described and confirmed by all stakholders Continuous market and competitor analysis to evaluate major system and product parameters as product features, scope, market prices and potential problems. Benchmarking of competitor solutions and products to evaluate unique selling points and generate sales material and argument lists for sales. Analysis of technological innovations and trends to initiate innovative feature development. Mapping of new technologies of potential EFIE product portfolio developments. Coordination and controlling of the developments process with focus on development results. Participation in the review process of all feature development documents generated during the feature development process. Close cooperation with EFIE R&D in order to achieve the best possible solution within shortest time-to-market. Contribution to continuous cost reduction of all products and solutions, drive cost improvement activities.,
