    • Ensure delivery of payroll processing, operational aspects and associated activities are accurately carried out on month-on-month basis within the appropriated time frame
    • Check and Validate the Inputs received from HR Ops for all Global Locations.
    • Ensure Payroll reports are reviewed, validated before Final sign off and pay out done as per agreed dates
    • Ensure payroll taxes are paid as per respective country scheduled dates in due co-ordination with Payroll agencies
    • Ensure payroll returns are filed as per respective country scheduled dates
    • Prepare detailed variance analysis and reports before the payroll cycle for all types of pay-outs and ensure compliance with all monthly, quarterly, annual salary payments and returns
    • Maintain general ledger and passing all entries with regards to payroll transactions in Financial System
    • Preparing payroll schedules duly tied with payroll expenses and Liability as per Financial vs Payroll reports.
    • Support Payroll activities, manage quarter and year end reconciliations
    • Co-ordinates with team to resolve GL queries if any Help with various Global statutory compliance
    Other Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Multi country payroll Management
    • Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Finance / Human resources
    • Strong communication skills, Liaise with Finance Team, and internal stakeholders
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially MS Excel
    • Demonstrate high level of ownership & accountability
    • Action oriented and results driven
