    Industry - Consumer DurablesCategory - Operations Skills - New Product Development- Lead Technical Innovation and Product Design for New Product Development as well as Improve Existing Product Lines- The role would require team management expertise in addition to design development experience in case of Product InnovationClient Details : - Our client is a multi billion global MNC with its presence across the globe and a dedicated Innovation centre in the India region focusing on multi-geography projects- Lead Technical Innovation and Product Design for New Product Development as well as Improve Existing Product Lines- Guide Engineering Design team from an Industrial Design Perspective- Work closely with Cross Functional Teams across geographies through stage gate life-cycle of product development all the way to Production- Deliver New Product Development Projects as per target costings and time lines- The role would require team management expertise in addition to design development experience in case of Product InnovationProfile: - Engineering Graduate with a good track record in Product Engineering with at-least 10 years of experience of leading New Product Development experience - Works effectively with Global Counterparts in Engineering and Adjacent Functions- Is up to date on new technologies and is able to utilise the same in innovation projects- Ability to lead, mentor and counsel design engineers and groom them to next level- Ability to create a pipeline of innovation projects- Good understanding of Quality Systems- Ability to work on Global projects across time zonesJob Offer : - Leadership Position- Work Life BalanceTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
