What Youll DoYou will develop a leading-edge knowledge and client development infrastructure for the banking practice particularly supporting our client teams in emerging markets.In this role, you will serve as first alert in Asia and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMA) on practice knowledge and capabilities and ensure awareness of, and access to, the documents, people and information needed to successfully achieve client development objectives (e.g. CVs, client references). You will actively assist teams with their proposal and engagement requests, applying best practice knowledge to current client engagements and client development efforts and, as needed, brokering the expertise of experienced colleagues.You will be also be responsible for keeping our client development infrastructure up to date, identifying white spaces and liaising with relevant sub sectors, service lines and functional practices to maintain up to date and best in class materials on knowledge, popular LOP templates, references, qualifications, etc. You will maintain a database of LOP wins and losses across Asia and EEMA, proactively reaching out to teams participating in competitive proposals to document learnings from their wins/losses, helping the client development hub manager write and disseminate newsletters and documenting lessons learnt from recent wins/losses.Beyond Asia and EEMA, you will work on select global efforts/projects related to content and knowledge.,
