About the role Our client is now embarking upon an aggressive plan to expand and build its Direct To Consumer technology platform and mobile applications with an objective to democratise skilling to millions of Indian executives and students. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic leader for the role of President. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy building cutting edge consumer tech businesses from ground up and creating large impact & scale profitably. Requirements : Prior experience of building consumer internet businesses from scratch and scaling them. X-Entrepreneur or Co-Founder or prior experience of Business Head/ P&L Head/ CEO/ COO/ Head of Growth / Head of Product Management/ Category Head. Strong understanding of product management, program management, digital marketing and technology concepts. Hands-on leader with a strong grasp of building user experiences and user journeys. Granular with an ability to dive deep frequently into user funnels and optimising CACs and NPS. Ability to build teams and attract top tier product managers, marketing, Data Science and analytics folks. Ability to sense market opportunities/trends and execute agile responses at scale. Innovative with ability to think out of the box to drive growth and fast execution . The individual should be passionate about Ed Tech and the role this industry can play in shaping the country. Years of experience : 10 Yrs. Industries : Consumer internet and/ or combination of consumer internet and top tier consulting. Education : Computer Science Engineering from top tier Engg institutes and/ or MBA from top tier institutes. ,
