Job Description

    Hiring for Pricing Analytics profile for Gurgaon location.Please find the job details as below:-Job Title :Pricing AnalyticsExperience :2 yrs to 7 yrs Salary Budget :Up To 15.00 LPALocation :Gurgaon Working Days :Monday To FridayRole & Responsibilities:-
    • Working with the stakeholders on projects to support the product launch planning and pricing strategy building.
    • Creating strategic price and access comparison reports, cost models, financial models to evaluate the competitive landscape.
    • Providing strategic recommendations based on specialized analyses and work in partnership with the onshore team on launch sequencing and other strategic pricing projects.
    • Communicating with the Pricing and Market Access network on a regular basis to understand the business requirements.
    • Perform strategic analytics on the projects wherever required. Enhance the existing capability and develop the reports based on customer needs
    • Automating the regular reports to increase project efficiency and time utilization.
    • Work on strategic New launches ad hoc projects with analytical approach
    Key Accountabilities/ Job Responsibilities:
    • Quality checks the projects for the team before the final delivery to the clients.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects adhering to all the agreed milestones.
    • Analyze the existing projects and suggest ways of improvement.
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality. I am open to feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
    • Good case study analysis and problem solving skills. Should be able to comprehend business requirements and deliver accordingly.
    • Client Management Managing customer relationship, responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve service
    • Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently
    Desired Skills
    1. Hands-on experience in advanced Excel is mandatory, VBA desired.
    2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Good organizational, planning and time management skills
    4. Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
    5. Be able to demonstrate soft skills (behavioral)
