If youre always looking for whats next in business and technology, Gartner is looking for you.Quantitative Principal, FS Practice About this role: Gartners Financial Services Practice is currently seeking a Quantitative Principal for its Quantitative Insight CoE. The team leverages proprietary quantitative data and frameworks to offer original, actionable insights to key business problems facing senior executives across industries.What Youll Do:- Analyzing large, complex, disparate data sets to identify actionable insights for senior executives Assisting with large-scale data collection efforts through multi-national panel surveys Building benchmark and other standardized data reports for clients with insightful graphics Employing analytical tools such as root cause analysis to identify the drivers of clients- business problems and to create hypotheses regarding solutions- Displaying thought leadership in all aspects of quantitative research including survey design, analysis models, and insight generation Driving complex projects forward by employing analytical tools, such as root cause analysis and basic and advanced statistical principles (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, etc.) to identify underlying drivers of clients business problems and create hypotheses regarding solutions. Translating research into actionable insights and recommendations that clients can implement Independently owning end-to-end creation, development and analysis of large, complex, disparate data sets to identify actionable insights for senior executivesWhat youll need:Masters in disciplines with a strong quantitative component, including Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Social Science, Psychology, Economics, Econometrics, Commerce or Data Science. 5 to 7 years of total experience, with expertise in data analysis, quantitative research, analytics or benchmarkingWho You Are :- Ability to contextualize client needs to - feature-engineer- proprietary constructs/indices- Experience in sampling methodologies, survey questionnaire design, and data management- Working knowledge of survey questionnaire design, and data management- Proficiency with statistical concepts and in at least one statistical software package (R, Stata, SPSS, etc)What we offer:- Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Group Medical Insurance, Employee Provident Fund (EPF) contributions, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!- Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity- Professional development and unlimited growth opportunitiesAbout Gartner:Gartner, Inc.
