Quality Assurance Sr. Process Associate (SPA) and Process Developer, Insurance UnderwritingYour role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and connect with the Onsite Team.Responsibilities Audit review/ quality audit and complex exception cases processing according to Underwriting guidelines agreed with client Client facing audit function and problem solver Jointly responding to client customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems. Ensure accuracy SLA of the process as quality assurance Hands-on in data MIS (excel based) and reporting to independently work on dashboard and present to client Screen exception cases and resolve queries/ clarifications for team Coach, mentor and effectively communicate in providing feedback of audit results to team members Effective English comprehension and communication to accurately interpret and communicate with team member and client Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met. Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams Communicating with the Onsite Team Responsible for Endorsement Processing Responsible for delegated Authority Management Responsible to comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basisQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications Graduation in any stream except Technical Graduation & Law Prior experience in QA Quality Auditor/ SME/ Trainer role Proficient in English language- both written and oralPreferred Qualifications MS Excel Skills MUST HAVE PROFICIENT Prior experience in QA Quality Auditor/ SME/ Trainer role Insurance UW MUST Experience in P&C Commercial Insurance US or Canada Insurance UW domain Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ready to work on stretched working hours Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers Customer service focus Basic Computer knowledge & MS Office along with typing speed of 40 words/minuteInsurance knowledge, specifically P&C insurance Insurance domain awareness Preferred with certification on one of the streams i.e. CII London i.e. ALMI, FIT or Cert CII or equivalent or AINS, CPCU certification Exposure to Reinsurance Market and its types such as Prop and Non prop,
