Job Description

    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
      • Manage process engineering from conception through project completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
      • Involvement in Licensor selection.
      • Oversee and coordinate FEED and Detail Design activities for refinery projects.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and other engineering disciplines.
      • Develop and optimize refinery process designs to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability.
      • Knowledge of NPV, payback etc
      • Participate in Licensor document review and Pre feed document review.
      • Conduct/ Review process simulations, heat and material balances, and other engineering calculations.
      • Review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) prepared by consultant
      • Ensure all engineering documents are prepared by Consultants in compliance with industry standards and specifications.
      • Experience in Execution of EPC projects till commissioning and PGTR.
      • Participate in HAZOP and other safety reviews.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in refinery operations
      • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
      • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
