Experience: 2- 5Years Gurgaon We are looking for smart people with a deep understanding of product development and technology who can drive our products forward. The ideal candidate should have the capability to study the competitive landscape and benchmark our products against those in the market, and be able to define a medium to long term product strategy and roadmap to create a competitive edge for us in the market. The person should also be able to interact with cross- functional teams internally to understand the business requirements and translate them into product specifications. Further, the person should be able to work with the engineering teams to create a detailed plan with appropriate development and testing milestones and deliver the products to the business teams in a timely manner. Job Description Develop product roadmap, pricing and launch strategies, and financial projections Understand and analyse business reports and the impact of the products on key business metrics. Generate innovative ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Analyse market and competitive conditions. Identify new business opportunities and target market Manage end- to- end lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product Develop business proposals for new opportunities Develop sales training tools Build partnerships with internal and external senior stakeholders Plan project timelines and resources needed Drive the use of project management tools and processes to ensure the project is cost effective Requirements An engineering degree from a top tier school. A postgraduate degree in engineering/ business domains is desirable Must have at least 2- 3 years of product management experience Worked on a project that has spanned more than 1 year Strong documentation skills Excellent communication with cross- functional teams Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure is essential,
