Job Description

As a product manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Product strategy development High level vision of how the product drives the business model and competes against competition
  • Product Lifecycle management Continuously monitor market needs and requirements, considering future technology developments, competitor productsservices and the changing requirements of regulatory bodies
  • Gather and analyze product feedback from sales, marketing, development and support teams
  • Lead the internal process to define and prioritize the requirements, roadmap development, release definition etc.
  • Develop vision documents and use cases for new product features
  • Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
  • Conduct competitive analysis for the product covering various aspects i.e. technology, market share, industry direction and threat to the business
  • Create the salesmarket documents (brochurepresentations) for salespre-sales team
  • Maintain key metrics for management reports published on a periodic andor ad hoc basis as required by Head of Product Management
  • Ability to build & maintain strong relationships both internally & externally with clients
  • Understand the underlying business, implementation & product usage of clients
  • Delivery focused with good time management and personal organizational skills
  • Share business knowledge with all members of the team, and the wider organization when required

Education Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in the financial services industry with 2+ years previous experience in a Product Manager role
  • Holds at least a bachelor s degree
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
  • Comprehensive Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Actions preferably gained through working in an operational or professional services role
  • Experience of industry standard interfaces (e.g. SWIFT)
  • Understanding and experience of the agile software development process and overall project life cycl
