What Youll DoYou will play a lead role on the squad in setting a shared vision, understanding value, and prioritizing work.You will develop a deep understanding of the target market (e.g., firm colleagues, clients, potential clients, job candidates, etc.) and, in partnership with key stakeholders and your squad, set an ambitious and clear product vision. You will devise ways to experiment and test innovative ideas in a rapid and reliable fashion and plan for and ensure customer-driven design, considering market and technology opportunities and user pain points.You will ensure there is the regular, direct interaction of the whole squad with the user community to empathize with their needs. You will translate the vision into prioritized work and take an active role in building the backlog of squad learning, experimentation, validated feature development, and debt reduction. You will relentlessly measure to understand if work is creating value; define quarterly objectives and key results (with a sharp focus on outcomes and impact) and make trade-offs between value, feasibility, and usability when prioritizing. Additionally, you will be part of a product management chapter where you will have ample opportunity to grow your skills and further the craft of product management.,
