Job Description

  • Urgently required Production Incharge in Gurgaon for MNC Instrument MAnufacturing Company
  • Designation Production Incharge / Manufacturing Incharge
  • Experience 2 to 5 years Compensation 30k PM (As per experience)Qualification Diploma in Mechanical with good academic record and leadership qualities.Location Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling the team of approx.
  • 15 manufacturing technicians and take responsibility of all manufacturing related activities.
  • Should be technical and good knowledge of manufacturing processes along with production management.
  • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
  • Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.
  • Report planned work status before end of shift.
  • Maintain work order flow by monitoring steps of the process and Minimize downtime
  • Check production output according to specifications.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
  • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
  • Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and systems;
  • Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
  • Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
  • Accomplishing work results; respect priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Maintaining discipline on shop floor.
  • Orienting and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  • Maintains working relationship with all technicians by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
