Key AccountabilitiesEnsure the process quality parameters are met in the SC manufacturing process as set by the process engineering standardsCommunicates the process standards to the production operations and other functions to enable collaborative production lineManages the cabling machine configuration settings for the assembly line and sets the parameters in line with the production target, material properties and other process limitationsWork with the production heads and leads to maintain smooth operations of the laid out processes and machines/ systemsIdentifies process related improvement opportunities and works with the process engineering team to develop improvement planProvides operational inputs for greenfield and brownfield projects to include practical constraints in manufacturing expansionsResponsible for propagating a culture of good manufacturing practices driving values of Sterlite along with continuous improvementResponsible for mentoring and coaching the reporting staff and other employeesPreferred Experience and QualificationEngineer with 6-8 years of experience in plant operations and 2-5 years of experience in the respective cabling process and machine operations (preferred),
