Job Description

  • Working experience in PTP processes including transactional entries with the following service lines: purchase requisitions, purchase orders (PO), non-PO processing, approval workflow review, vendor maintenance, helpdesk management via calls & emails, invoice processing and validation, maintenance of error logs, timely and accurate payment processing, internal control assessment and validation and 1099 U.S. reporting.
  • Preferred experience in transitioning onshore work from initiation to stabilization, including steadying work in India and implementing best practices post migration with re-engineering benefits.
  • Able to think from client perspective and assess supervisor to identify root causes of issues and monitor end results / overall compliance.
  • Experience in process improvement and process streamlining.
  • SOX compliance mind-set for shared service environment and able to prepare reporting and dashboards for customers. (KPI/SLA)
  • Able to manage conflict situations effectively and work positively under pressure keeping end-result in mind.
  • Able to think out of the box and resulting into dollar benefits for the organization.
  • Excellent client facing skills to help resolve customer escalations in a timely manner. Able to partner with internal and external parties (e.g., clients, auditors and management) to drive resolution and continual progress.

Qualifications
  • B. Com (Pass) (Mandate) or B. Com (Honors)/MBA Finance
  • Strong Financial aptitude
  • At least 5+ years of on the job experience specific experience in PTP Finance Shared Services
System Exposure
  • Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Working experience and exposure with Peoplesoft/Oracle in PTP (Preferred)
  • Working experience with ARIBA (Preferred)
  • Working experience on ICR/OCR will be added advantage (Preferred)
Others
  • Ability and prior experience in working in varied shift timings, as per business needs.
  • Ready to travel if required.
