  • Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1: Provides leadership in group strategy development for multi-year initiatives across SAP areas 2: Builds strategies around leading practices, combining external with prior experience into group vision 3: Responsible for SAP Solutions team of onshore and offshore 3rd-party personnel 4: Responsible for Production support metrics 5: Responsible for solution design-delivery 6: Experienced in leading production support, operations and imple teams 7:Exposure to tech like ABAP, PIPO would preferred
      • Technical Experience : 1: Plays a key role in delivery of the SAP roadmap; including S4 deployments 2: Develops improvement initiatives alongside; including CMMI, CoE or other affiliated competencies 3: Leads multiple functions with as separate organizations with separate managers / leads 4: Builds / maintains parallel centers around distinct competencies 5: Able to step into non-core areas and provide spot leadership as necessary 6: At least ten years of experience in SAP
    • Professional Attributes : 1: Strong communication skills, written and verbal; experience communicating with senior organizational leadership 2: Experience leading large project and program deliveries; including budgeting and scheduling 3: Able to manage escalations and delivery across competing priorities
