  • Training delivery on JAVA and new technologies, Core Java programming knowledge will be added advantage J2EE technology trainings
  • Content creation and upgradation i.e. preparing training material i.e. presentations, worksheets
  • Work with stake holders and understand the demand and supply gap and plan the learning programs based on time, cost, and availability of trainers internally and on need basis coordinate the external vendors
  • Evaluate, analysis and create/Map a training/learning program for the team (for tech skills) leadership programs for midlevel managers
  • Drive the delivery of business and corporate plans for your own areas of responsibility
  • Take a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated
  • Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs in the program
  • Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program
Required Qualification & Skill Set:
  • Graduate/postgraduate with around 12+ years of experience in large enterprise business/Organizations
  • Certified on JAVA
  • Experienced trainer in JAVA (spring, algorithms, Data Structures, hibernate, core java) with exposure to Machine learning and other emerging technologies
  • An expert in Java Technologies with good exposure to training as well as development thus complementing the learning at a practical level.
  • Experience around Program management/capability building/training/business transformation/knowledge management/digital curator etc.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and others in a matrixed and diverse environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proven ability to successfully embed change initiatives in a multi-site geography environment
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Above average communication and written skills
  • Professional, internal customer-focus demeanor
Additional skills preference:
  • Designing and developing machine learning and deep learning systems
  • Running machine learning tests and experiments
  • Implementing appropriate ML algorithms
