Job DescriptionThe Role : Project executionProject planning , site execution and monitoring of entire site independently from initiation to handover.Understanding detailed drawings submitted by Architect / Design team and ensuring work done as per drawings on site.Monitoring and reporting progress of the projects and taking necessitated action to ensure time deadlines are met.Ensuring that the project effectively meets the quality standards and safety levels as defined.Proactively identify and work towards mitigating key risks / issues associated with project execution and escalate accordingly for timely delivery.Bridge gaps between Product Owners and the Development team , partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development.Conduct Agile ceremonies , including Daily Stand - Ups , Sprint Planning , Retrospectives , and Sprint Demos for your teams.Coordinate for keeping project artifacts up to date in JIRA & create project monitoring tools like Dashboards and Risk logs to avoid project pitfalls.Liaise with teammates outside the core product development team , such as Media and Legal teams , for ensuring smooth workflow and understand nuances.Stakeholder managementEnsure all support departments and vendors are aligned for the launches as per deadlines.Identify , negotiate and liaise with vendors / contractors for services and materials.Qualifications6 - 7 years of Project Management Experience in a Mobile App company / B2C / Ecommerce.3 - 4 years of experience as a developer in Full Stack / JAVA / KOTLIN / NODE / REST.Exposure to Agile principles of execution.Excellent Communication skills.Hands on experience in field work delivery.,
