As the Project Manager / Scrum Master you will be required: Engage with the Product Owners to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Manage the Scrum processes and make sure the processes work! Facilitate Scrum meetings such as Sprint Plannings, Sprint Retrospectives, Project Retrospectives and Daily Standups. Ensures crystal clear communication among everyone involved in the project. Work with the Development Teams to ensure that any impediments are removed and challenges resolved. Mentor and coach the Development Team in the proper use of Agile Scrum disciplines and practices. Along with the Product Owner, ensure project metrics and progress is up- to- date and published daily. Ensure project quality processes are properly executed. Engage with the Product Owner to manage resource allocation and requirements.The successful candidate must also have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.,
