Job Description

    Greeting of the day!Dear Candidate,We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Agile Project Manager to lead our IT service projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from the USA and UK and collaborate with highly talented team members. You will also have the chance to work closely with leadership and contribute to the growth and success of the company.Responsibilities:
    • Lead the planning and execution of IT service projects using Agile methodologies
    • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
    • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients in the USA and UK
    • Identify and mitigate project risks
    • Continuously improve project management processes
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana)
    • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration)
    • PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus
