Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

  • Work with Business Development Managers to prepare proposal that meet the requirements and timeline.
  • Analyse client requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) to understand technical, financial, schedule and other requirements and determine final document structure.
  • Track the amendments and submit the revised proposal as per client requests. Work on the financial model for proposal.
  • S upport the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered.
  • Liaise with other departments and subject-matter experts to obtain technical content required to prepare proposals in accordance with the proposal timeline.
  • Communicate proposal-related requirements and status with management.
  • Management of Sales Dashboard regularly.
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Continuously improve the proposal and marketing process through best practices and improve response time continuously.
  • Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Postgraduation with a degree in Finance/ MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Word skills & proficient in MS Office.
