    Job descriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the restaurants business goals.Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.Vendor Management:Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and agreements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and distributors.Cost Control:Implement measures to control procurement costs while maintaining product quality.Regularly review supplier contracts and agreements to ensure competitiveness.Quality Assurance:Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased products.Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications.Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.Implement efficient stock management practices to minimize wastage and stockouts.Compliance:Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.Keep abreast of changes in procurement laws and regulations.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function.Implement best practices to streamline procurement processes.Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze reports on procurement performance.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities/Duties:1.Purchase department

    • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
    • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
    • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
    • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
