Job Description

Editorialist YX fuses personal styling, content, and shopping in one seamless digital experience driven by proprietary technology, e-commerce tools, and luxury fashion content.Editorialist YX is looking for a QA Automation Engineer. We are a startup with amazing perks. As part of this role, you would be joining a small focused team that builds EYX Client iOS App and Web Dashboard.Responsibilities

    • Experience in Automation framework development
    • Work with the engineering team during the feature design and implementation phases to develop:
    • Test methodology (designing the test approach) to test the feature end-to-end and Test plans.
    • Exposure to Selenium. appium or Java (or any automation tool) to automate new feature test cases end to end along with the feature
development
  • Executing and maintaining automation regression tests
  • Collaborating with US based team for quick turn around for the problems
  • Execute manual and automate regression sites with each release cycle.
  • Root cause analysis of defects and live site operational issues. Follow up with respective teams for quick resolution.
  • Monitor and manage continuous integration environment.
Requirements
  • Have a high bar for quality of the product.
  • Creative, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Possess good understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities for live site issues.
  • Good knowledge of Linux and should be comfortable with shell.
  • Must be comfortable with SQL databases.

  • 1+ years experience in QA Automation
