Job Description

Dear CandidatesWe have urgent openings with a renowned and well established E-Commerce company based out in Gurugram for the position of Quality Evaluator.

  • Participates in call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Audits calls, email communication, evaluates the calls and shares real time feedback.
  • Preempts chaos and manages them early if detected during call audits.
  • Trains the sales team on skills such as call etiquettes , Sales pitch, technique of selling and other communication skills.
  • Carries out RCA on bottom performers and provides actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Monitoring & coaching the OJT (On Job Training) agents.
  • Coordinate and facilitates Internal call Calibration.
  • Prepares and analyses reports for management staff reviews.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and feedback techniques.
  • Candidates with prior experience in quality preferred minimum 1 year (Preferred from a Sales background).
