Job Description

    As a Real Estate Sales Manager for Dubai, your main responsibility will be to generate sales of properties in the local real estate market. Your key job duties will include:Prospecting and lead generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels including online, networking, referrals, and direct marketing.Conducting property viewings: You will conduct property viewings with potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties, and answering any questions they may have.Negotiating and closing deals: You will negotiate with clients on behalf of the company, providing them with all the necessary information, and closing deals in a timely manner.Maintaining client relationships: You will maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the companys services and addressing any concerns they may have.Staying up-to-date with the market: You will stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and regulatory changes, and use this information to advise clients on their investments.To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets are essential. A valid real estate license in Dubai is also required.
