We have two openings. for candidates who will work from our Gurgaon office but will do offshore recruitment of CPAs, accountants and auditors for various US Accounting / CPA / CA firms.Requirements:Recruiter with two to four years of experience within Public Accounting, or agency recruiting that placed professionals within Public Accounting (Big 4, GT, Crowe)Understanding of the different service lines within Advisory/Consulting, as well as Audit & Tax.Technical Recruiting across IT, Operations and Finance would be a plus too.Strong communication skillsStrong written skillsSince the profile is of offshore recruitment, the candidate must be flexible with the working hoursImmediate joiners
