Therefore, it is vital that we perform top notch to deliver best of operations support.Youll have the following responsibilities Is responsible for managing the LAN/Voice issues for customer within MTTR as part of L1 scope. Needs to coordinate with various stake holders Internal and external to progress reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades etc. Is responsible for maintaining regular KCIs for issues faced by the customer during Incident Life-Cycle. Act as 1 st point of contact for customer stakeholders Person who can govern the contractual SLA and BT Service Assurance KPI s Good Level 1 technical understanding of ZIG Contracts Individual would be accountable of primary KPI such as PCA30/Mandatory Trainigs/WFM Adherence / Booking OTL properly. Should have appropriate cuscomt facing Calls Handling skills. As the role holder, you will be doing technical support of infrastructure using technical skills acquired based on internal trainings. Technology and devices which will be supported by you are related to Voice and Data parts of infrastructure and produced by Avaya and Cisco You will be a part of highly professional team, where you will be able to develop your technical skills. Take ownership of incidents assigned by Shift Lead and proactively work resulting SLA met criterias. To strive to deliver excellent customer service for higher customer satisfaction.Youll have the following skills & experience Excellent written and spoken English language skills Experience on Cisco Voice, CUCM, Cube, Verint, UCCE, IPT.technologies. WAN Good working knowledge of WAN Protocols BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/GRE/IPsec/QoS Willingness to operate in 24X7 environment Customer interaction & stakeholder management BT Teams enagement Positive Attitude Team Player Expertise on troubleshooting with ISP/Service Providers for Circuit related problems. CCNA (Voice)certification preferred Excellent stakeholder management and understanding customer expecations being the first point of contact for BT customers. Relevant 1- 2 years of experience on Cisco Voice technology
